Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the LiftyVerse mobile application. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. What LiftyVerse is
LiftyVerse is a fitness and nutrition tracking app. You log food, training, sleep and body weight, and it calculates targets and shows your progress. It also offers AI features — a coach you can ask questions, an end-of-day recap, logging meals by typing them in plain language, and occasional insight cards — and Friends, where you can share your progress with people you accept.
3. Account and age
You must be at least 16 years old to use LiftyVerse. You are responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. Provide accurate information — the app's calculations are only as good as what you give it.
4. This is not medical advice
LiftyVerse, including everything the AI coach says and every number it estimates, is for general information only. It is not medical, nutritional or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Consult a doctor before starting a new diet or training programme, particularly if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.
Nutrition values marked as AI-estimated are approximations. They are estimates produced by a language model, not laboratory measurements, and they can be wrong.
5. AI features and consent
When you create an account, you consent to your data being sent to AI providers for the AI features, and to those providers storing it and using it to train their models, as described in the Privacy Policy. This consent is required to create an account.
You can withdraw it at any time afterwards in Settings → Privacy settings, and keep using the app. When you do:
- The AI coach, the day review, logging meals by text, and AI insight cards stop working.
- What the coach has learned about you, your saved day reviews and your food notes are deleted permanently.
- Your logged food, training and weight are not affected.
6. Pro subscriptions
Pro is the AI coach. That is what it unlocks. Because of that, a Pro subscription requires AI consent — you cannot subscribe without it, and if you withdraw it, Pro no longer gives you anything.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, not by us. Price, billing period and auto-renewal are shown before you buy. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and only you can cancel it — in your App Store account settings. Withdrawing AI consent inside LiftyVerse does not cancel your subscription and does not stop Apple billing you.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Pro may also be granted by a redemption code. Codes are single-use per account unless stated otherwise, may expire, and are not transferable. We may revoke access obtained by fraudulent or abusive use of a code.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content that begins immediately, that right ends once performance has started with your agreement — which is what happens when a subscription activates and you begin using Pro.
Because Apple is the seller, withdrawal and refund requests go to Apple. Contact us if Apple does not resolve it and we will help where we can.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
- Attempt to access our systems, other users' accounts, or data you are not entitled to.
- Abuse or overload the AI features or the backend.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app, except where the law permits it.
- Choose a username, or upload a profile photo, that impersonates someone else, is offensive, or infringes someone else's rights — including a photo of another person without their permission.
- Use what your friends share with you through Friends for anything other than training together in the app — for example publishing it or passing it on.
Reporting. If you see a username or profile photo that is illegal or breaks these rules, email us at support@liftyverse.com with the username and what is wrong with it. We look at every report, and may remove the username or photo or suspend Friends for that account. If we act on your content, we tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to contest it.
9. Your data stays yours
You own what you log. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
To be explicit, because this is the question people actually want answered: we do not sell your data, and we do not train AI models on it ourselves. The AI providers that answer the AI features, however, may store what is sent to them and use it to train their models — that is part of the AI consent (section 5), and the Privacy Policy says exactly what is sent. Your name, email address and account identifier are never sent.
10. Availability
LiftyVerse is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or right for your situation. We may change or discontinue features.
11. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that in your App Store settings.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including health or fitness outcomes from following in-app suggestions.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Austrian law. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
13. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown in the app and require your agreement. Otherwise the updated date above changes.
