Log a set in two taps.
Weight, reps, left and right side, a rest timer on the lock screen. Last session's numbers sit next to every set, so you always know what to beat.

LiftyVerse lets you log workouts, analyze diary habits and analyze your performance over time. With a personal nutrition goal you can stop guessing and start progressing.

Your daily calories
Most apps give you a calorie target without saying how they got it. LiftyVerse shows every part: what your body uses at rest, what you burned in your workout and from your steps, and what you ate. If your weight or training changes, the number changes too.

Everything in one place
A food log and a workout log in two apps can never tell you why the week went the way it did. One system can.
Weight, reps, left and right side, a rest timer on the lock screen. Last session's numbers sit next to every set, so you always know what to beat.

Every set feeds a recovery model, muscle by muscle and head by head. Train what is ready instead of guessing why the same session feels different two days apart.

Barcodes from the OpenFoodFacts database in your own country. Or type “a plate of pasta with pesto” and get foods and grams back — with an honest range when the portion is a guess.
Weight swings with water, salt and sleep. LiftyVerse shows the trend and the spread together, so one bad morning on the scale reads as noise — not as failure.
Iron, magnesium, vitamin D and the rest, against real daily targets. Where a product's label leaves them out, LiftyVerse estimates them — and marks them as estimates.
Fifteen widgets — calories, macros, recovery, the week, your muscle map — in the same sizes as the tiles on the Progress board. On iPhone and Android, in light and dark, in the app's language.

Sixteen trophies, seven tiers each, earned from what you actually lift and log.

The coach
Ask how the week went, what to eat before training, or whether you are actually getting stronger. It answers from your own numbers — and nothing else.

Your data
AI requests only go to providers in the USA or the EU that keep nothing and don't train on your data. Switch the AI off in Settings → Privacy, and everything it worked out about you is deleted.
Export everything you have logged, any time, from inside the app.
Delete your account in the app and your data goes with it — no email to support, no waiting period.
Questions
Training, food, widgets and progress are free while LiftyVerse is in beta. The coach needs Pro.

Download the APK above and open it — your phone will ask you to allow installs from your browser once. When a new version is out, the app tells you and links straight back here.

Yes. You agree to it when you sign up, and you can switch it off any time in Settings → Privacy. Tracking, the calorie calculation, recovery and widgets keep working without it.
No. LiftyVerse is a tracker and a training companion. Talk to a doctor before making big changes to how you eat or train.
LiftyVerse is in open beta and shaped by the people using it. Join them — it is free while the beta lasts.
